On Wednesday, January 29th, 2020, the Nicetown CDC (NTCDC) and its Community Engagement Team conducted the Community Kickoff Meeting for the Barrett Rebuild Project.  The NTCDC was selected to be the Project User for the redevelopment of the $9 million Project. Joining the NTCDC Team at this well attended meeting were the Nicetown CDC Design Team, Councilwoman Cindy Bass, neighborhood stakeholders, Rebuild Deputy David Gould and his Team, neighborhood leaders and several City resource agencies.   This community engagement process includes a series of community meetings to ensure community input with the design of the project.
